U.S. Payment Options: We accept credit cards through PayPal only (Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, American Express) and also gratefully accept PayPal e-checks, money orders (USPS Postal Money orders preferred), and bank or cashiers' checks. Sorry, no personal checks. If paying by PayPal e-check, your order will ship when PayPal approves your check which typically takes 3-4 days for U.S. checks and 7-10 days for international e-checks.

International Payment Options: We accept credit cards through PayPal only (Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, American Express) and also gratefully accept PayPal e-checks and international money orders in U.S. dollars. Due to widespread 'Nigerian' and other internet fraud schemes, we reserve the right to refuse a international money order and to hold shipments paid for with an international money order until it clears. If you want a trackable shipment, the additional fee is US$10.50 for USPS Registered Mail plus a higher shipping charge based on the weight of your package. Registered First Class Mail must be posted in a box and sealed with special tape which increases the weight by a few ounces and therefore the cost, and delivery time depends on how rapidly your country's postal system handles Registered Mail.

U.S. Domestic Shipping and Insurance: Same day USPS Priority Mail shipping (2-3 business day delivery) Monday through Friday from a non-smoker on receipt of payment before noon Central Time except weekends, holidays, buying trips, and family emergencies. USPS Express Mail available at cost plus $5.00 and will require a direct PayPal invoice rather than the check out system. Insurance is required on all purchases, and in the event of loss or damage, we will work with you to receive a refund as long as you agree to comply with the USPS refund requirements. Purchases of $250.00 or less include free delivery confirmation and purchases of more than $250.00 include at cost signature confirmation. Overseas military and civilians with AA, AP, and AE addresses orders welcome and will be shipped as domestic mail except for the required customs form.

International Shipping and Insurance: Considering the factors of cost and delivery speed, the best shipping method is International First Class Mail with 5 to 10 day delivery whose cost strictly depends on weight. It's relatively inexpensive, but the Postal Service no longer insures precious metals jewelry shipments so we use a third party insurer. We can insure parcels to most but not all countries so we regretfully reserve the right to cancel your order if we can't obtain insurance for shipments to your country or you may pay by mail with a recognized international money order and assume all liability for theft or damage. Registered Mail is recommended for the additional security it provides. After you've placed your order, please email us so we can send you a PayPal invoice that accurately reflects the shipping charges. Sorry, but checkout shipping, insurance, and confirmation does not apply to international orders and international payments made using domestic shipping rates will have to be refunded, and we'll send you a new invoice.

Multiple Item Shipping: For your convenience and savings, multiple jewelry purchases can be shipped together for the base Priority Mail shipping rate and may require a direct invoice from PayPal..

Sales tax: Only Kansas residents must pay sales tax.

Returns: We accept returns for defect or misrepresentation. Damaged items must be filed on the insurance, and we will work closely with you to receive a refund and, so far, we have a 100% success rate but you must agree to follow all the requirements for USPS refunds. In the event an item is defective (excludes any accidental damage done after receipt) or grossly misrepresented (we do make mistakes but they are always unintentional), you may return the item. You must notify me in advance, return ship with proper insurance within 3 business days of receipt, and the item must be returned carefully packed in its original condition or credit may not be given. You may choose between a refund of the original purchase price or a store credit for the original purchase price to be used within 90 days. All shipping and insurance charges are non refundable.

Repairs: We can do some simple repair work on items we've sold. But most repairs will need to be done by experienced Native American silversmiths in Gallup, New Mexico. Please email us for qualified repair shops that we know do excellent work.
